This hands-on journey into the healing powers of yoga and sound will utilize an array of large and small drums and percussion instruments from around the world. The workshop will explore deep meditation through the practice of asana, pranayama, and the textures and dynamics of music. Discover the space between the breath, the thoughts, and the notes, to facilitate the development of rhythms for personal transformation. You are welcome to bring a small drum, flute, string, or percussion instrument if you have one. There will be extras to play.
