Artiszen Cultural Arts Center, 337 Georgia St, Vallejo, CA
with Jeni Swerdlow, MA-ATR & Susan Jette, MT-BC & Certified Sound Healer
Get your rhythmical juices flowing! We will honor the Moon, our community and ourselves as we explore the wild wonderful world of drumming, rhythm and sound as catalysts for connection and healing. The first half of the program will include an “all hands” participatory drumming journey, followed by a restorative sound healing practice in which participants will be invited to get comfy, relax and receive the healing vibrations of the presenters’ nurturing sounds. No prior musical experience is necessary. Instruments will be provided or you may bring your own. Prepare to go deep and be deeply satisfied!
