LifeBEAT™ Programs provide Facilitated
Drum Circles that enhance Health and Wellness
Drummm’s LifeBEAT™ wellness drum circles stimulate immune functioning, physical activity, and mind-body awareness.
Group drumming can be a powerful vehicle for connecting the body, mind and spirit, supporting healing and transformation in the process. DRUMMM’s LifeBEAT™ wellness drum circles incorporate the research-proven health benefits of the
HealthRHYTHMS protocol. Research suggests that facilitated group drumming may enhance immune system functioning, stimulate circulation, improve mood, activate brain functioning, reduce stress, and increase socialization.
DRUMMM facilitators create a safe, supportive environment in which participants can freely explore and play. Participants tap into their individual creativity and experience connection to the group while drumming, releasing inhibitions and experiencing true liberation through the drums.
Over twenty years experience working with seniors, people with disabilities, and special needs populations means that DRUMMM knows how to make your event accessible and meaningful for everyone.
 |
A typical LifeBEAT™ program is 1–2 hours and can be adapted to the needs of your group or event. Multiple sessions throughout the day are also available. |

Drummm’s LifeBEAT™ group drumming programs are adaptable and accessible for populations with special needs.
